7-day money-back guarantee

Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment. No reasons required — tell Julian, or write to support@leygo.ai.

Processing

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Creem, to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, in the currency you were charged in.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not covered by the guarantee. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your data

Refunded or not, the export and deletion commitments in our Privacy Policy apply in full.

You have a 30-day window after cancellation to export everything. All Customer data is then permanently deleted from active systems within 14 days after your export completes, or 45 days after cancellation at the latest — whichever comes first. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 35 days thereafter, and written confirmation of deletion is provided on request.
