Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms govern use of the Leygo service by the subscribing law firm or legal practitioner (“Customer”, “you”). The service is provided by Agendos LLC (“Leygo”). By subscribing or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Leygo is a product of Agendos LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. Questions about this page: privacy@leygo.ai.
1. The service — and what it is not
Leygo provides an AI-powered practice assistant that handles client intake, communications, document collection, follow-up, email triage, voice-note transcription, matter summaries and billing administration.
Leygo is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no output of the service constitutes legal advice. The assistant is designed to defer legal questions to you. You retain sole professional responsibility and judgement for all legal work, for all communications sent in your firm’s name, and for your compliance with the professional conduct rules of your jurisdiction.
2. AI disclosure
Julian and the client-facing assistant are AI systems, not humans. You are responsible for any client-disclosure obligations regarding the use of AI that apply under your bar or law society rules; the service is built to make such disclosure easy, and every conversation is visible to you.
3. Data ownership and portability
Customer retains all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Customer Data. Leygo provides export mechanisms allowing Customer to retrieve all intake data, communications, transcripts, documents and files in universally accessible formats (ZIP / PDF / JSON) at any point during active service and for thirty (30) calendar days following termination. Leygo claims no ownership of, and no licence to, Customer Data beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service for Customer.
4. Confidentiality; no training
Leygo treats all Customer Data as strictly confidential and processes it only on Customer’s instructions as set out in these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where executed, the DPA.
No firm or client data — conversations, documents, emails, voice notes or knowledge bases — is ever used to train, retrain, fine-tune or improve any AI model, ours or a third party’s. Leygo uses enterprise AI endpoints under commercial terms that prohibit the use of your data for model training.
5. Customer responsibilities
- You have the right to submit the data you and your clients submit.
- You obtain any consents required from clients for the processing described in the Privacy Policy, including call and voice-note recording and transcription where required by law.
- You review assistant output before relying on it for legal work.
- You do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to send spam.
- You keep your account credentials secure.
6. Voice and recording
Where the service records or transcribes calls or voice notes, you are responsible for ensuring any legally required consent or notice is given to participants in your jurisdiction. The service provides configurable notices to assist.
7. Client billing
Client invoicing runs through a payment account connected to your firm. Invoices, payment links and reminders go out under your firm’s name and the proceeds of a client payment settle to your connected account, less any disclosed platform and processor fees. You set your own fees and remain solely responsible for your billing arrangements with your clients, including any obligations regarding client or trust monies under your professional conduct rules.
Where a payment is processed through the platform, Leygo is the merchant of record for that transaction and disputes and refunds are handled through the platform. Leygo is not a party to your engagement with your client and takes no position on the legal services being billed.
8. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are stated on leygo.ai and charged monthly in advance by our merchant of record, Creem. The price and the currency shown at checkout are the price and currency you will be charged. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription payment — see the Refund Policy.
9. Term and termination
Monthly term, renewing automatically; cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice.
On termination: You have a 30-day window after cancellation to export everything. All Customer data is then permanently deleted from active systems within 14 days after your export completes, or 45 days after cancellation at the latest — whichever comes first. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 35 days thereafter, and written confirmation of deletion is provided on request.
10. Service levels and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available through your conversation with Julian and at support@leygo.ai.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. AI systems can make mistakes; outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, which is why the service is built for lawyer oversight and why you must review output before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leygo disclaims all implied warranties.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leygo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data — except for Leygo’s breach of §3 or §4, its data-protection obligations, or amounts payable under §13. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
Customer indemnifies Leygo against third-party claims arising from Customer’s breach of §5 or unlawful use of the service. Leygo indemnifies Customer against third-party claims that the service, as provided, infringes intellectual property rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
No arbitration clause is stated. Until one is agreed, disputes are subject to the ordinary courts of the governing jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and take effect at your next renewal. Contact: support@leygo.ai.
